Major League Baseball ends its 70-year deal with Topps

Major League Baseball, MLB, will end its partnership with Topps for trading cards. This is a business relationship that's been in place since 1952.

MLB renewed its deal with Topps in 2018, and the existing deal ends in 2025. 

Meanwhile, it is expected that MLB will turn to Fanatics, a company that makes sports apparel, to produce the physical trading cards.
