Outer Front Cover: High-gloss artwork featuring William Shatner, Leonard Nimoy, Patrick Stewart, and the USS Enterprise floating in space, showing minor edge and corner wear beneath plastic wrap. Rear Cover: High-gloss grey and blue back panel with 3 color stills of the cast, program summary, host credits, full billing block, and technical specifications with light shelf wear.

Edges/Spine EX: Solid, intact spine preserved under shrink wrap with clear title typography and light handling wear along corners.

Disc & Contents EX: Single Extended Play (CLV) LaserDisc with clean optical playing surface and original Paramount center labels. Excellent collectible condition.
